1. About this document
This page sets out which cookies and related technologies run on harlib.com.ua (the "Website"), what they are for, and how to manage your choice.
It supplements the Privacy Policy, which governs the processing of personal data generally. The data controller is Haryk Matosian, individual entrepreneur, trading as HARLIB.
2. How this works
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognise the browser on your next visit and recall what you have already chosen: the interface language, your answer to the consent request.
Local storage (localStorage) is a different mechanism with a similar purpose: a small amount of data is kept in the browser until you clear it. Everything written below about cookies applies to local storage as well.
By lifespan, files are either session — gone once you close the browser — or persistent, lasting a set period and carrying over between visits. By origin, they are either first-party, set by the Website, or third-party, set by services we use.
3. The categories we distinguish
Strictly necessary — the Website will not work without them: secure connection, storing your cookie answer, running the language switcher. Always active, no consent required.
Functional — remember your settings and make the Website more convenient to use.
Analytics — show visit counts, popular sections and referral sources on an aggregated basis.
Advertising — allow us to assess campaign performance and show relevant ads on third-party platforms.
The last three categories are activated only after you consent.

5. Your choice
On your first visit you may accept all categories, keep only what is strictly necessary, or open the settings and choose category by category. Declining does not restrict access to any material on the Website.
Your choice is kept for six months, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time — — or through the link at the bottom of any page. A change may require reloading the page.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6. Managing this in your browser
Regardless of the settings on the Website, you can:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
- enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control — we treat either signal as a refusal of analytics and advertising technologies and do not display the consent request;
- install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on;
- browse in private mode, where the data is cleared once the window closes.
Blocking strictly necessary files may break certain features of the Website.
7. Updates
If we add new technologies — advertising measurement tools, for example — we will extend the table in section 4 and ask for your consent again.
